Web UI Specialist (Contract to Permanent)

Web UI Specialist


MAKE Technologies Inc. is seeking talented individuals to join our product development team. You will: improve the usability of our product set, develop innovative user interfaces to new products and collaborate with a great development team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years web UI development
  • Fluent in HTML & CSS
  • Fluent in jQuery, Prototype, YUI, MooTools
  • Creative design skills
  • Experience working in a product, Web 2.0 or SaaS environment

  • Want to buy Flickr a beer (or a soy latte)
  • Get violently ill when seeing Comic Sans. Anywhere.
  • Think that a one-button mouse has one button too many
  • Have nightmares about IE6 box padding. Wake up: still there.
