The biggest problem that I see with the usability of this site is the content. For example, basic punctuation errors are distracting and negatively impact understanding (neither "freinds" nor "contacts" need an apostrophe in the first sentence). The terms "Sign up" and "Sign in" are too difficult to differentiate for many readers (both ESL and those who read quickly-- that's almost everybody!). This can easily be fixed by improving the labelling or phrasing. The purpose of this page is not immediately apparent. An effective heading would fix that. All of these things are often thought of as "copywriting", but it really is about usability.
