I am currently recruiting an experienced Interactive Design and Usability Testing Specialist for a great opportunity here in Vancouver. You will be a member of team of user experience specialists. Your expertise will be focused on developing user-focused design processes and participating in defining the general user-experience strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Interaction design: requirements contributions, design specifications, prototyping, working with developers;
*Active participation in the Interactive Design team: design reviews, process improvements, advocacy and communications.
*Usability testing: recruiting, testing, reporting, and making design recommendations;

Job requirements:

*3+ years of related industry experience focused on user-centric design methods, demonstrated successes in software design;
*Proficiency and comfort with software such as OmniGraffle, Photoshop, WordPress;
*Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
