Hiya, this meetup group it has attracted mostly women for some reason. I didn't want the men that visit the group to be intimidated. But yes, there will be men at this event as well so not to worry either way. This is great for beginners to Yoga. However, I want to make a distinction between Yoga and Meditation. Yoga means to 'yolk' the mind. Meaning we do the postures / practice in order to end up in stillness. Meditation is the practice of stillness. It'll be fun - c u 2nite!
