Four Seasons Tour — January Event
For our January VanUE event we decided that we wanted to get out of the theatre and go and visit an organization that is known for delivering an exceptional user experience (or more appropriately customer experience). As such, we will be visiting the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver. It is our hope that we will all take some of the principles we learn and leverage them in the work we do every day…
During our two hour exclusive VanUE back-of-house tour we will learn how Four Seasons delivers the ultimate guest experience and will participate in three interactive activities — ‘Turning It Down’ in housekeeping, ‘Shaking It Up’ in YEW and ‘Throwing It Back’ in the kitchen… Each activity will provide a snapshot of what Four Seasons does, why they do it and we will learn how each activity enhances the overall guest experience.After the event we will proceed to YEW for appetizers and networking. The event will be run at no profit, so the entire $35 registration fee will go towards appetizers at YEW.
Unfortunately there are only 24 spots available! We are anticipating a lot of interest in the event and want to keep it fair, so we will be drawing 24 names from all of the people that RSVP. The schedule for this event is as follows:

We will draw the names of 24 people - December 28th
Participation fee is due (likely via PayPal) - January 19th (3pm to 5pm)
Exclusive tour - January 19th (5pm onwards)
