Remote usability testing is a cost-effective approach to testing with representative users across the continent (if not the world). Jay will briefly review usability testing methodologies and then discuss the specifics and challenges of remote testing. He will touch on scheduling, software, Morae, facilitation, observers, and questionnaires. Please come prepared to share your experiences, too.
