Andrew Zolli: The Politics & Future of Brand Experience

Andrew Zolli is a futures researcher, designer, author, and partner of Partners, www.zpluspartners.com , helping organizations understand and act upon complex change. Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of Siegel & Gale, one of the world’s leading brand strategy consultancies, Andrew helped develop new designs, businesses, and products for The Weather Channel, Netscape, Kodak, American Express, AT&T, Toys R Us, Silicon Graphics, Lucent, HP, Forrester Research, The Industry Standard, IBM, and others.

In the mid-1990’s Andrew helped found Siegel & Gale’s new media practice, and helped envision and develop next-generation approaches to product development, user experience, and communications. He also created and led the company’s R&D lab, which explored digital user experience and interface design.

He has spoken at conferences for The Design Management Institute, Internet World, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, The Conference Board, the American Center for Design, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, Columbia, and the Federal Trade Commission.

Andrew is a visiting lecturer in Clark University’s Graduate School of Management, where he teaches courses on branding, design strategy, and communications. He is the Futurist in Residence at Popular Science magazine, and chairs the Pop!Tech conference www.poptech.com. Andrew last published The Catalog of Tomorrow, and his next book, In Good Company, about the complex relationship between companies and culture, will be published in 2004.
